Business Law I

Business Law I will present the basic principles that apply to personal and business law, enabling you to understand the legal parameters within which you live. This course focuses on the origin of laws; the Constitution's role in enforcement of laws; the justice system; contracts; and property law. You will develop an understanding of the purpose and operation of law in our society, learn how to analyze legal and ethical situations, and read case citations.
