Wellness Skills for Life II is a personal health course designed to help you learn to choose healthful behaviors that enhance your entire life. The goal of the course is the transfer of learning into living... that is, giving you experiences with skills you need to make healthful behaviors a comfortable part of your daily life.
We will study topics related to the concept of Wellness; including Mental / Emotional, Physical and Social Health issues. The course includes new topics as well as a more sophisticated review of topics considered in Wellness I (Health I).
